We have recently been made aware of a company posing as Mystery Shopping UK involved in various internet scams to gain ‘joining’ / ‘registration’ fees and sending out ‘money transfer cheques’ for purchasing large items.

 

Please be aware that;

 

- We Will NEVER ask you for up-front ‘joining’ or ‘registration’ fees

 

- We DO NOT pass your details onto third parties

 

- Unless you are a Registered Agent with our company, you will NOT be contacted via email or post.

 

- We DO NOT send out cheques and we NEVER ask our mystery shopping agents to purchase large items.

 

- We DO NOT send money cheques out by Western Union or any other format. We pay our Mystery Shoppers via a NATWEST BACS Transfer backed up by an Assignment Statement which matches the figure transferred.

 

- We ALWAYS send emails ending in @mysteryshoppinguk.co.uk... If you receive an email from anyone with an email ending in a generic email address

(ie mysteryshoppinguk@googlemail.com) is NOT genuine and should be reported to us

 

Mystery Shopping UK is a Derbyshire based company and we do NOT offer Mystery Shopping assignments to individuals out of the UK.

 

If you suspect you are being sent information by individuals claiming to represent Mystery Shopping UK, or you receive a cheque / payment and you are not a registered agent with our company, please contact us via email at info@mysteryshoppinguk.co.uk or speak to one of our Internal Security team on 0844 35 11 472 (office opening 9am to 4pm)
