Extreme Angry & Awkward Customer

 

Used to train staff in uncomfortable, awkward and breach of security situations, this aspect of our business is unique to Mystery Shopping UK services and are offered either onsite or telephone....

 

Angry Customer

Due to the more recent ‘compensation culture’ the health and safety to both staff and customers is of paramount importance and we offer an acted scenario where an angry customer creates problems for staff and security... How would your staff handle a loud angry customer that could cause both embarrassment and a potentially violent confrontation.

 

More and more claims are made against Security Staff for ‘man-handling’ clients... Do your security personnel really know how to handle this kind of client in a non-confrontational and professional way?

 

This service is offered using only the highest trained individuals (we do not use normal Mystery Shoppers or untrained personnel for this role due to the potential unpredictable outcome) with strict instruction on how far to take the situation and no liability is held against the client.

 

Awkward Customer

Whilst a less serious situation is created, the Awkward Customer is designated to stretch you staffs nerve to breaking point. Many scenarios can be used for this from over-demanding attitude to return or complaint of a product with the ‘shopper’ demanding compensation over and above your organisations normal returns policy... Will your staff buckle under the pressure

 

Poor English Speaking Customer

Are you missing out on valuable business from foreign speaking potential clients because your team lose patience and give up...?

 

Usually used in Telephone applications, this scenario can be used for many scenarios.

 

These services are usually integrated with Video or Audio Surveillance service for use at subsequent training programmes.
